Refunds for annual subscribers
When Jappointment-online subscribers sign up for a service that is an annual subscription, their credit cards will be charged the full annual charge for the service in advance. Please be advised that customers who subscribe to annual services are entitled to a refund on the following condition.

0-180 days : 20% of annual subscription payment

After 180 days: No refund

When Jappointment-online subscribers sign up for a service that is a monthly subscription, their credit cards will be charged the full monthly charge for the service in advance. Please be advised that customers who subscribe to monthly services are not entitled to a refund.
