Refunds for annual subscribers
Jappointment-online annual subscribers will have their credit cards charged the full amount of the service when they sign up and are subject to the following penalties under the cancellation policy:

• If you cancel within 30 days of the billing date, your credit card will be refunded 75% of the total fee charged for the service.
• If you cancel 31 - 90 days after the billing date, your credit card will be refunded 50% of the total fee charged for the service.
• If you cancel 91 - 180 days after the billing date, your credit card will be refunded 25% of the total fee charged for the service.
• If you cancel 181 days after the billing date, you will not receive any refund.

Refunds for monthly subscribers
When Jappointment-online subscribers sign up for a service that is a monthly subscription, their credit cards will be charged the full monthly charge for the service in advance. Please be advised that customers who subscribe to monthly services are not entitled to a refund.
